Libor graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, Master’s degree programme in Law and Legal Science. He has started to specialize in intellectual property law during his studies at the university. In our office, he mostly prepares contractual documentation related to industrial rights, such as license agreements, agreements on the transfer of industrial rights, or such agreements that regulate the intellectual property rights aspects of cooperation between persons in advance.
Focus:
Preparation of law documentation and legal advice
Libor especially enjoys preparation of individualized contracts tailor-made to a specific case. He also focuses on the protection of trademarks and designs and the related trademark and design law.
