Tatiana Fialová
Tatiana works with inventors, companies and research organisations to identify promising innovations and secure appropriate patent protection for them. Her work includes patentability searches, Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses, patent drafting, and support in patent prosecution.
Drawing on knowledge across multiple technical disciplines, she quickly adapts to new technologies and works across a broad range of fields, including mechanical engineering, medical devices, materials science, chemistry, software-related inventions and industrial processes.
Tatiana holds a degree in Chemistry and Food Technology from Mendel University in Brno. Before entering the field of intellectual property, she gained research experience at the Institute of Chemistry and Biochemistry, where she worked with microbiology and molecular biology methods, including PCR. She also successfully completed the Industrial Property Office’s specialization programme in industrial property rights and continues to develop her expertise in patent practice.
Thanks to her background in scientific research, she is able to quickly understand new technologies and effectively bridge the gap between science, engineering and intellectual property. She enjoys helping clients transform innovative technical ideas into meaningful and effective patent protection.
