Search begins

– we search professional databases, registers, websites and anywhere else we can find arguments in your favor

If, at any point during the search, we find a document that could significantly impact the next steps, we will inform you immediately and pause the search until we agree on how to proceed.

Searches can only be conducted using already published documents, which are (in case of patent applications) typically made public 18 months after the application filing. No search can guarantee 100% certainty. However, we strive to achieve the highest possible accuracy within the agreed time frame.

What will we need from you?
